About Jazz

I am an experienced Yin Yoga Practitioner and have been practicing different types of yoga for over 20 years.

I trained in Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release with Gabrielle Harris, a renowned Yin teacher and best-selling author of “The Language of Yin” and “The Inspired Yoga Teacher”. I have also received teachings from many others including Nico Luce, Joan Hyman and Joe Barnett.

As a lifelong learner, I am always looking to grow and expand my knowledge and skills so I can offer students the best experience. I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of yin yoga to inspire relaxation, balance and well-being.

I believe that for anyone to really understand and discover the benefits of Yin Yoga - they must experience it for themselves! So please feel free to join me at one of my classes.
