Group Classes
Dedication to a regular yoga practice can have so many benefits, including:
Calms and balances the mind and body
Reduces stress and anxiety

Balances the internal organs and improves the flow of Qi or prana.
All classes are small and last 60 minutes and are either hosted in-person or online. Please check the schedule on the Momoyoga app.
Classes are for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis.

This yin practice invites you to soften into long-held postures, releasing tension and cultivating deep stillness. Through mindful breath and gentle surrender, you’ll create space in both body and mind—perfect for restoring balance and reconnecting with yourself.
Sundays 4pm to 5pm and 5.15pm-6.15pm

This energising flow practice blends breath and movement in a rhythm that feels intuitive and alive. Expect creative sequences, spontaneous transitions, and a balance of strength and softness—leaving you feeling powerful, open, and fully present.

These are priced at $99+GST per hour, and can be for one person or for a couple. Sessions are held at my home.
